At Neforia, we strive for 100% satisfaction. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, per Egyptian consumer law:

• Product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• Product must not have been used or tested.
• Original invoice must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
